Cancellation Policy
All final payments are due at the time of the appointment. If you were running late, please let us know, we have a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee and will have to reschedule forfeiting your spot. Cancellations need to be made 12 hours in advance failing to do so will be considered a no-show which will require you to pay a 50% fee and a new service retainer before you can book with Genuine Beauty again. NO REFUNDS.
